With a floor area of more than 26,000 square meters, African Joint Pavilion is the largest of the 11 joint pavilions in the Shanghai World Expo, whose four facades is with a combined area of 9,500 square meters. It is made up of more than 10,000 steel structures, standing out in the Expo site. Elements such as trees, deserts, seagulls, animals and buildings with strong African characteristics will be presented on the facade of the African Union Pavilion, delineating the unique diversity of African continent and displaying the ancient civilization and vitality of Africa.
